Ticket books & add-ons

Ten-visit books, rental items and referral rewards.

Getting regulars to pay up front brings revenue forward and gives them a reason to come back. Ticket books and add-ons sell through the same screen as your bookings.

Sound familiar?

  • Ticket books are on paper and the remaining visits are counted by hand
  • Rental items are tracked separately from bookings
  • You want to run a promotion but have no way to discount
  • People refer friends and you have no way to thank them

With UnlockOS

  • Remaining visits count down automatically, with nothing to tally
  • Rental items are tracked with stock, so nothing is oversold
  • Issue coupons limited by date or by plan
  • Reward both the person referring and the person referred

Ticket books

Sell a ten-visit book or a fifty-hour pass up front. The balance is applied automatically at the next booking and counts down from there, so nobody has to track it.

  • The balance is used automatically — guests do not have to select it
  • Cancel a booking and the balance simply goes back
  • Set an expiry date, and cap how many one person can buy

Add-on items

Towels, equipment hire, breakfast — register anything you want to sell alongside a booking, with stock counted for you.

  • Guests choose add-ons themselves when booking
  • Selling stops automatically when stock runs out

Coupons and promotions

Create time-limited discounts, or discounts that apply to particular plans only, and see how often each was used.

  • Cap total redemptions
  • Restrict to selected plans

Referral rewards

Give guests a link to share, and reward both them and the person who arrives through it.

  • Every referral is recorded
  • You decide what the reward is

Common questions

Ticket book or monthly membership — which should I offer?

Ticket books suit guests whose visits are irregular; monthly plans suit weekly regulars. You can offer both and let people choose.

Can ticket books expire?

Yes, or you can leave them without an expiry date.

What happens to the balance if a booking paid with a ticket book is cancelled?

It goes straight back. Neither the guest nor your staff has to do anything.

How is add-on stock handled?

Stock drops with each booking and selling stops when it reaches zero. You can adjust the count from your dashboard.
