Set the When
From 15-minute meetings to overnight stays. For each plan, choose the booking unit (how many minutes per booking) and the billing unit (how many minutes per charge) independently. Holiday and high-season rates switch over on their own — there is no calendar for you to maintain.

Pick the Key
Smart locks manage every key for connecting rooms and individual rooms. If one booking needs multiple keys, all of them are issued automatically. KEYVOX is built in; locks with a public cloud API are connected through an adapter.

Define the Who
Walk-ins, monthly members, corporate staff, or invited group members. For each, set monthly visit caps, hour caps, and whether walk-ins without a booking are allowed. When someone goes over the cap, choose per plan whether to turn them away or bill the overage.
