Build a membership plan
Set the monthly price, how many free visits it includes, and which rooms it covers. That is a membership plan. You can run as many as you like.

Common questions
Do I have to move off my current membership system?
Not necessarily. You can run bookings and keys on UnlockOS and leave membership where it is. But if you want member pricing to apply automatically to both bookings and walk-ins, it is better to keep membership here too.
How do the monthly payments work?
Through Stripe, paid directly into your own account. UnlockOS never holds your revenue. Credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported.
Can I serve members and non-members at the same time?
Yes. The same rooms and the same inventory can sell at member rates to members and at the standard rate to everyone else. You do not split inventory.
Can someone hold a ticket book and a membership at once?
Yes. A monthly member can buy ticket books on top of their plan.
